The Trainers Studio provides a number of programs to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Vinyasa Yoga - Vinyasa means "flow" in Sanskrit. During class we flow in and out of poses, matching movement with breath. The class focuses on flexibility, muscular endurance, and relaxation. Vinyasa yoga flows at a moderate pace and is great for those with limited yoga background.

Power Yoga - Power vinyasa yoga flows quickly from one pose to another focusing on strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. This active class offers a challenge while easing into relaxation through movement. Power yoga works best for those with at least two months of yoga experience.

Hatha Yoga - In hatha yoga, the poses are held for a longer period of time as we practice deep breathing. After a vinyasa warm up, the poses are held standing, seated, or lying down.

Pilates - A method of exercise and movement designed to strengthen and stretch the body to improve muscle balance.

Massage Therapy - Massage is the practice of applying structured pressure, tension, motion, or vibration-manually or with mechanical aids to the soft tissues, tendons, ligaments, joints, and lymphatic vessels to achieve a beneficial response. A form of therapy, massage can be applied to parts of the body or to the whole body to heal injury, relieve physiological or psychological stress, manage pain, and improve mobility and circulation.

Core Strength - Core-strength training focuses primarily on the central area of the body in all of the important areas we love to work on including: abdominals, glutes(buttocks), back, and chest. It is an essential part of anyone's overall fitness routine. This exciting and challenging class is held every Thursday at 5:30pm(Advanced) and 6:30pm(Basic) by personal trainer, Nick Panetta.

Boot Camp - The title says it all for this challenging circuit class held on Tuesdays at 7:15pm in the main area of the studio. This class is a great means to get out of a training slump, or to push your fitness limits.
