Our Staff consists of four facility owners/trainers and four self-employed trainers. Each trainer is certified by a fully accredited program in their specific disciplines and is well established in the field. Some of these disciplines include, but are not limited to sports specific training, rehabilitation training (including pre-and post- surgery), special needs training, nutrition counseling and fitness consulting.
Personal Training is the science of teaching a client how to use their body correctly and efficiently in every action he or she might execute including weight training and cardiovascular exercise.
